Target audience

HR Strategy

These courses are suitable for those who wish to contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategy; and Chief officers, Chairpersons, Board members, Company directors, Heads of Departments, and all those at the highest levels of an organisation interested in developing an in-depth knowledge of strategic HRM.

HR Management

The HR Management courses are targeted at: those who wish to understand and contribute to the development and implementation of HRM within their organisations; and small-business owners and managers responsible for the people function within their organisations.

HR Practice

These courses are suitable for: those who lack HR generalist experience; those who support more senior HR staff; employees working for new but rapidly expanding organisations who acquire responsibility for establishing and formalising HR policies, procedures and practices; line managers or supervisors who have responsibility for HR activities; and owners or managers of small businesses who have overall responsibility for the ‘people element’ within them.

Resourcing and Talent Management
